Because I want to support Linux Gaming. I want to see more games being released for Linux, so I want LGP to have good sales, so they'll be able to bring more games to Linux and I want LGP to have enough money to buy the rights to bring some high profile games to Linux. Better sales for LGP will bring more and better games (high profile games) to Linux. I've got the money to buy several copies of each game, so I'm willing to buy several copies to support Linux Gaming.

Hm, I see, I thought that it might have been like that, but then on the other hand it thought that they might have been more cooperative, after all you're all fighting for the same cause.

We tried, we tried to pick up the whole lot but the liquidators *sucked*. We then went to all the individual companies where we could find a contact. Remember back then we were new and didn't really have many contacts, and we certainly didn't have the Loki rolodex available, so we were just stabbing in the dark. We got what we could and then moved on to other things

Hm, I just listened to the Deus Ex main theme, then I got kind of sad because Deus Ex was the game on whichs port Loki Games worked when they filed for bankruptcy. And just after the minute of silence in memory of Loki, I wondered why LGP never picked up on the port of Deus Ex, where Loki had left off. It's definitely one of the big milestones in the gaming history. Nowadays I'd guess that it's just too old to be ported (I'd buy it none the less. :P), but back when LGP was founded and already picked up that other former Loki deal, why not also Deus Ex?

My collection of Linux Games is growing bigger. This is the collection of Linux Games I currently have:

I like to see all of those penguins next to each other, although there are also a few Windows Games on the picture.
